The sample were elderly people from the eastern region of Thailand, consisted of <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">400</span> people using multi-stage sampling method. The tools used in the data collection were questionnaires. This research is a survey research useing questionnaires as data collective tools creating from the related literatures review. The target group in this study were consumers who used to buy second-hand clothes in Bangkok metropolitan area. From Taro Yamane Formula target group was 400 people. The sampling methods had 2 steps : simple random samplings and quota sampling. The highest education level is mostly under the bachelor. The external motivation in the marketing mix found that the overall was at the high level. And the social impact factors were found to be in the moderate level. The internal motivation in the reasonable factors found that the overall was at the high level. And the emotional factors were found to be in the moderate level. The attitudes factors were found to be in the moderate level. The buying decision factors were found to be in the moderate level. The results are as follows: 1) the teachers in highland schools have the needs to develop their competencies in healthcare learning management on attitude, skill competence, and knowledge competency, respectively; 2) the model for their competency development consists of 3 factors: principles for teacher development, processes for teacher development, and monitoring procedure. Apart from the second factor, there are 4 steps of paradigm adjustment, prior knowledge review, participatory action, and inspiration building. Field survey was conducted from October <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">2015 </span>– March <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">2016. </span>The results found <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">64 </span>species belonging to <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">56 </span>genera <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">28 </span>families. The majority family was Fabaceae (<span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">9 </span>species) and Annonaceae (<span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">6 </span>species). Shorea roxburghii G. Don had 24% of the highest Important Value Index (IVI) and Shorea xylocarpa (Roxb.) Taub. had 23.84%. <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</span></span>Shannon Weiner’s Index (H’) of the forest was <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">3.35. </span>Tai-Lao communities around this forest were interviewed with 30 people on the usage of tree species. The usage of plants was classified into <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">4 </span>types. Fuel plants had the highest species number with <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">53 </span>species (8<span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">2.8%)</span>, followed by medicine <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">45 </span>species (70.3<span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">%)</span>, structure <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">40 </span>species (62.5<span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">%) </span>and food <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">22 </span>species (34.4<span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">%). </span>Stem was the most used part with 55 species (85.9<span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">%)</span>, followed by fruit 23 species (35.9<span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">%)</span>, root <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">14 </span>species<span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp; </span>(21.9<span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">%)</span>,<span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp; </span>leaf<span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp; </span>14 species (21.9<span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">%)</span>, flower<span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp; </span><span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">4 </span>species<span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp; </span>(6.2<span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">%)</span>,<span style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp; </span>sap 3 species (4.7%) and shoot <span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">1 </span>species (<span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">1</span>.6<span lang="TH" style="margin: 0px;">%). </span><em>Dillennia obovata</em> (Blume) Hoogland, <em>Tamarindus indica</em> L., <em>Syzygium gratum</em> (Wight) S.N. The research found out as the followings: 1) mostly informants are male 72.2 percent and 27.8 percent is female. This study were mixed method studies. 14 Thai folk doctors from Pobpra and Thasongyang districts in Tak province were selected to study by purposive sampling from January 1, 2016 to November 30, 2016. The results revealed that 5 and the experts in holy water, 4 are the experts in herbal medicines as 35.72 and 28.57 percent, respectively. However, for the 3 Thai folk doctors 1 was the herbal medicine and orthopedic doctor, 1 was the herbal medicine the and holy water doctor and 1 was the herbal medicine and acupuncture doctor. </span><span style="margin: 0px; font-family: 'TH SarabunPSK','sans-serif'; font-size: 16pt;">Presently, only 21.43 percent of the Thai folk doctors work with government offices, such as hospitals, schools and temples to educate people and students about folk medicines and herbal medicines. However, most Thai folk doctors don’t pass on their knowledge to their descendants and disciples due to the lack of the appropriate successors and no records.
