Abstract

This study aimed to analyze scenario and strategic alternatives of the Rattanakosin Group of Rajabhat Universities for building a learning organization towards a knowledge-based society.  The study focused on various choices faced by the universities and on achieving a collective vision of a positive future through learning enhancement and adaptation.  The scenario and strategic alternatives derived from this study serve as a potential driving mechanism for achieving better administration, learning, and adaption, and for cultivating innovation and a knowledge-based society.
