The Budgeting Management According to the Philosophy of Suffciency Economy of Pa Pong Educational Quality Development Network under Mea Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Offce 2

Abstract

The aims of this research are to study the budgeting management according to the
philosophy of suffciency economy of Pa Pong Educational Quality Development Network
under Mea Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Offce 2. The population of the
research consisted of 5 school administrators and 75 teachers in the academic year of
2560; 80 in the total. The data was collected via questionnaires and then was analyzed
by the statistical methods of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results showed that overall the budgeting management according to the
philosophy of suffciency economy of Pa Pong Educational Quality Development Network
under Mea Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Offce 2 was at a high level. When
considered in descending order by the average of the most to the least; resources and
investment to education, budget planning, inventory management and assets, and
monitoring and evaluation, respectively.
The problems were as follows: the budget allocation is not appropriate for the
plans and projects of the institution, lack of education to promote awareness and
understanding in resource preservation in order to use resources in a cost-effective and
most effcient, educational structures supervised maintenance resources are not clear, the
budget report made the parcel.
The suggestions were as follows: should be allocated to the plans and programs
of study, should have promoted a better understanding of storage resources in order to use
resources wisely. And most effective, should be structured, supervised maintenance
resources clearly, and the report should make a budget package that takes into account
the budget in advance.
