Work Culture Influential Participative Management in Business Mobile Phone Service Provider in Thailand

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to study the participative management in business
and to study the work culture influential participation management of business mobile
phone service provider in Thailand by quantitative research. The data were gathered from
sample 384; executive and worker in business mobile phone service provider in Thailand
by questionnaire with the purposive sampling 3 companies, each of 128 people. The data
were analyzed using descriptive statistics which include frequency, percentage, mean,
standard deviation and to test hypotheses by inferential statistics which of Pearson
Correlation Coeffcient and Multiple Regression Analysis at signifcance at the level of .05.
The research found that an overview of the participative management in every
aspects. If there is consider each item which found that problem defnition have a high
opinion, secondly are decision, operation, beneft and evaluation. Factors of work culture
influencing the good participative management in business mobile phone service provider
in Thailand with statistically signifcance at the level of .05 are problem in work (β = 0.367),
acceptance and resistance (β = 0.357) and working behavior of the worker (β = 0.135).
The change of participative management in business mobile phone service provider in
Thailand which explain that problem in work, acceptance and resistance and behavior
working of the worker are 35.40% (Adj. R2 = 0.354)
