แนวทางการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของผู้เรียน โรงเรียนบ้านป่าสักไก่

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ เหตุและปัจจัย และแนวทางการการบริหารจัดการ แหล่ง เรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของผู้เรียน โรงเรียนบ้านป่าสักไก่ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร กรรมการสถานศึกษา ครู และผู้ดำเนินงานประจำแหล่งเรียนรู้จำนวน รวม 21 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้ง คือ แบบสอบถาม สำหรับศึกษาสภาพ เหตุและปัจจัยในการบริหารจัดการ แหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของผู้เรียน และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สำหรับหาแนวทางในการบริหารแหล่ง เรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพผู้เรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) หาค่า เฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1. สภาพการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของผู้เรียน โรงเรียนบ้านป่าสักไก่ ในภาพรวมและทุกด้าน ด้านทักษะการทำงาน ด้านการแก้ปัญหา ด้านการทำงานร่วมกัน ด้านแสวงหาความ รู้ ด้านการจัดการระบบงานและระบบบุคลากร มีการบริหารจัดการอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านทักษะการทำงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านแสวงหาความรู้ ด้านการทำงานร่วมกัน ด้านการแก้ปัญหา และด้านการ จัดการระบบงานและบุคลากร ตามลำดับ

2. เหตุและปัจจัยในการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของผู้เรียน โรงเรียนบ้าน ป่าสักไก่ ในภาพรวม เป็นเหตุและปัจจัยในการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาใน แต่ละด้าน พบว่า ด้านบุคลากร และด้านการจัดการ เป็นเหตุและปัจจัยในการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ มี ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ ด้านสภาพสังคม และด้านสภาพเศรษฐกิจ ตามลำดับ

3. แนวทางการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของผู้เรียน โรงเรียนบ้านป่าสักไก่

3.1 การบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของผู้เรียน โรงเรียนบ้านป่าสักไก่ ใน ปีการศึกษาต่อไป ปีการศึกษา 2558 ควรเน้นให้ความสำคัญกับการการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนา ทักษะอาชีพของผู้เรียน ด้านการจัดการระบบงานและระบบบุคลากร เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมา คือ ด้านการ แก้ปัญหา ด้านการทำงานร่วมกัน ด้านการแสวงหาความรู้ และด้านทักษะการทำงาน ตามลำดับ

3.2 การสนับสนุนเพื่อให้สามารถบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของผู้ เรียนได้ดียิ่งขึ้น ควรให้ความสำคัญกับด้านบุคลากร และด้านการจัดการ เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมา คือ ด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์อุปกรณ์ ด้านสภาพสังคม และด้านสภาพเศรษฐกิจ ตามลำดับ

Guidelines of Learning Resources Management to Develop the Professional Skills of the Students at Ban Parsakkai School

The purposes of this Independent study were to identify the causes and to determine factors and guidelines for the management of learning resources in order to develop professional skills of the students at Ban Parsakkai School. The population in this study consisted of executives, principal directors, teachers, and operational staff of the Learning Resources of a total of 21 people. The instrument used in this study were the questionnaire for the study of management causes and factors of the Learning Resources to develop the professional skills of the students. And the Interview, to determine guidelines of Learning Resources management to develop learners’ professional skills. Data were analyzed using content analysis, mean and standard deviation. The findings were as follows:

1. The state of Learning Resources management to develop professional skills of the students as a whole and retrieval aspects (working skills, problem solving, cooperation. That knowledge retrieval, Management task of personnel system. The study showed the management was at a high level, which working skills got the highest mean, followed by knowledge retrieval, cooperation, problem Solving, and management of working personnel system, respectively.

2. The Management causes and factors of the Learning Resources in order to develop professional skills of the students in Ban Parsakkai School in overall. The causes and factors in the management of Learning Resources , was at a high level. When considering individual aspect, the results showed that Man and Management were the causes and factors in the management of resources with the highest mean, followed by the material, Social, and economic, respectively.

3. Guidelines of Learning Resources Management to develop the professional skills of the students at Ban Parsakkai School.

3.1 The management of learning resources to develop professional skills of the students at Ban Parsakkai school in the next academic year (B.E.2558) should be focused on the management of learning resources to develop the students’ professional skills followed by problem solving, cooperation, knowledge retrieval and working skills, respectively.

3.2 The school should give priority to man and management first, followed by material, social and economic, respectively.
