การศึกษาความต้องการของนักศึกษาสายสามัญด้านการบริการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบ และการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยระดับตำบล อำเภอโพทะเล จังหวัดพิจิตร

Abstract

การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของนักศึกษาด้านการบริการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยระดับตำบล อำเภอโพทะเล จังหวัดพิจิตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ นักศึกษาสายสามัญ สังกัดศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย อำเภอโพทะเล ประจำภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 รวมจำนวน 278 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน ประกอบด้วย ตอนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม และตอนที่ 2 ความต้องการของนักศึกษาด้านการบริการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยระดับตำบล อำเภอโพทะเล จังหวัดพิจิตร เป็นแบบการประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ คือ ค่าร้อยละ(Percentage) ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความต้องการด้านการบริการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยระดับตำบล อำเภอโพทะเล จังหวัดพิจิตร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านการบริการสื่อมีความต้องการสูงสุดซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดรองลงมาด้านการบริการกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนมี ความต้องการมากซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านที่มีความต้องการต่ำสุดได้แก่ ด้านการบริการข่าวสารข้อมูลซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมาก

Educational service needs of students of Non-Formal and Informal Education Centers at the District Level in Amphoe Photalae, Phichit province

This study is intended to examine the general information of the respondents and to identify the educational needs of students of non-formal and information education service centers at the district level in Amphoe Photalae, Phichit. The sample under the study comprises the students in general education outside the formal education system in Photalae District in the second term of academic year 2014 with a total of 278 people. The tool used in the study of part 1 is a check list and that for the second is a 5-point rating scale questionnaire about the students’ needs for services from the centers for non-formal and informal education at the district level in Amphoe Photalae, Phichit with the reliability coefficient of .95. The statistics used are percentage, average and standard deviation.

The results showed that The general information showed the respondents were mostly female high school students, aged more than 31 years, having a profession of agriculturists As a whole, the needs for service in education of the students in general at the center for non-formal and informal education at the district level in Amphoe Photalae, Phichit were at the high level. And this is true in every aspect with the demand for media services, followed by that of teaching and learning activities and counseling services. And the minimum requirement was that of information service
