แนวทางการบริหารจัดการการจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการแสวงหาความรู้ของผู้เรียนโรงเรียนบ้านจ้องที่สอดคล้องกับการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ เหตุปัจจัยที่ส่งผลและแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการ การจัดแหล่งเรยี นร้ดู า้ นเทคโนโลยีเพือ่ พัฒนาทกั ษะการแสวงหาความร้ขู องผ้เู รียนโรงเรียนบ้านจ้องที่สอดคล้อง กับการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 1 คน และครู จำนวน 18 คน รวม 19 คน ของโรงเรียนบ้านจ้อง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามสภาพ เหตุปัจจัยที่ส่งผล นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ค่าทางสถิติเพื่อหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางในการ บริหารจัดการ นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาสำคัญ

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

สภาพการบริหารจัดการการจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการแสวงหาความรู้ของ ผู้เรียนโรงเรียนบ้านจ้องที่สอดคล้องกับการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณา เป็นรายด้านพบว่า สภาพการบริหารจัดการการจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านโทรทัศน์การสอนทางไกลอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา คือ ด้านห้องสมุดสืบค้น และด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และอินเตอร์เน็ตไร้สาย มีสภาพการบริหารจัดการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

เหตุและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการการจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการ แสวงหาความรู้ของผู้เรียนโรงเรียนบ้านจ้องที่สอดคล้องกับการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยเหตุและปัจจัยที่ส่ง ผลในแต่ละด้านโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากสูงไปต่ำ คือ ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านวัสดุ เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และด้านการบริหารจัดการ ตามลำดับ

แนวทางการบริหารจัดการการจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการแสวงหาความรู้ ของผู้เรียนโรงเรียนบ้านจ้องที่สอดคล้องกับการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 มีแนวทาง ดังนี้

การวางแผน (Plan) สถานศึกษาควรให้บุคลากรทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนเกี่ยวกับการใช้แหล่ง เรียนรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยี โดยมีการกำหนดเป้าหมายและแนวปฏิบัติในการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีอย่างชัดเจน ควรมีการวางแผนด้านงบประมาณที่ใช้เพื่อการจัดซื้อ จัดหา หรือซ่อมแซมเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ต่างๆ มี การวางแผนการอบรมให้ความรู้กับบุคลากรในเรื่องของแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยี

การปฏิบัติตามแผน (Do) สถานศึกษาควรเอื้ออำนวยให้ผู้เรียนได้ใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ในการแสวงหา ความ รู้อย่างอิสระ ควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความสนใจในการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้และ ส่งเสริมให้ มีการนำเสนอผลงานของผู้เรียนที่เกิดจากการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีด้วย ควรมีการสำรวจ ตรวจสอบ อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือให้พร้อมใช้เสมอ

การประเมิน ตรวจสอบ (Check) สถานศึกษาควรมีการติดตาม ประเมิน และตรวจสอบการดำเนิน กิจกรรมเพื่อหาข้อดี ข้อเสียหรือปัญหา อุปสรรคต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้น

การปรับปรุง แก้ไข พัฒนา (Act) สถานศึกษาควรส่งเสริม พัฒนา การดำเนินกิจกรรมที่ประสบผล สำเร็จและปรับปรุง แก้ไข ปัญหาหรืออุปสรรคที่ได้จากการประเมินการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีเพื่อให้ พัฒนาดียิ่งขึ้น

Guidelines in Technology Learning Resources Management for the development of student Learning Skill at Banjong school in accordance with the 21st century Education

The purposes of the research were to study the conditions, the causes and factors and the guidelines in the management of technology learning resources for developing the learning skill of students at Banjong school in accordance with the 21st century education. The population the director and 18 teachers in Banjong school. The data collection process involved the use of questionnaires and interviews administrator that inquire the condition and causes. The data were then statistically analyses for Mean and standard deviation. The interview on the administrative to management were analyzed based on the key contents.

The results showed that the management of technology learning resources for the development of students’ learning skill at Banjong school in accordance with the 21st century education were overall at a moderate level. Considering on each aspect, it was found that, the management of learning resources of distant-teaching-television were at a high level, followed by the library retrieval system and the computer system and internet access were at moderate level.

The causes and factors that affected the management of technology learning resources for the development of the students learning skill at Banjong school in accordance with in the 21st century education were at a high level. The average order from high to low were budgets, personnel, materials and equipment, and management respectively.

The guidelines to manage the technology learning resource for the development students’ learning skill of at Banjong school in accordance with the 21st century education were as follows:

Plan : School personnel should be allowed to participate in the planning of the use of technology learning resources, by setting the goals and guideline for practices in the use of technology learning resources clearly. In addition, school personnel should plan the budget for procurement or repair equipment, and plan for workshops to train personnel on technology.

Do : Students should be allowed to use resources to seek knowledge freely. Teachers should organize activities to encourage students to be interested in learning ,and encourage them to present their work from the use of technology learning. In addition, teachers should always check the equipment so that for ready to use at all time.

Check : Education Institutes should asses and examine the activities to find out the advantages ,disadvantages and problems for further improvement.

Act : Education Institutes should promote and develop activities that have been successful, and solve the problem after assessing the use of technology learning resources.
