Abstract

The purposes of this research are to study the state, problems and suggestions for
the student care and support system with PDCA cycle of Mae Ka Toun Educational Quality
Development Network under Mea Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Offce 2. The
samples of the research consisted of the teachers, basic education board, students and
parents; 632 in the total, academic year 2560. The data was collected via questionnaires
and then was analyzed by the statistical methods of frequency, percentage, mean, and
standard deviation.
It found that overall the student care and support system with PDCA cycle of Mae
Ka Toun Educational Quality Development Network under Mea Hong Son Primary Educational
Service Area Offce 2 was at a high level. When each aspect was considered, it was found
that all aspects were at a high level, considered in descending order by the average of the
most to the least; promoting the students, prevention of problem solving and forwarded
to the students, to recognize individual students, and screening students, respectively.
The problems were as follows: the practice of understanding to use tools, lack of
a meeting continuously, the guidance activities are less, each class has a problem with
age, and students are too complex to be able to help.
The suggestions were as follows: teachers should work as a team and a complete
working, there should be a system summary screening and care continuously, there should
be organized according to the needs of students, there should be a meeting together to
solve the problem and drop, and should the techniques in assisting and forward
systematically and effectively.
