Abstract

This research aims to study the drug trafficking process, drug trafficking networks. To study the causes of drug trafficking in northern Thailand. Use qualitative research model. Group 1 consisted of 40 drug addicts and drug traffickers. The second group comprised of personnel from government organizations in Thailand and personnel from private organizations. There are 20 people involved in anti-drug trafficking in northern Thailand. Use in-depth interviews. The research found that: Drug Trafficking in Northern Thailand It is a process where there is a systematic division of responsibilities. The relationships between the networks are not interrelated. The causes of drug trafficking in northern Thailand are caused by the persuasion of friends. And the lure of the benefits to be turned into drug dealers themselves.
