The purpose of this research aimed to 1) investigate the management process of manufacturing, marketing, finance, cost and the return on investment of community enterprise of banana processing, Ban Nongwangrue, Tombon Dongmuangam, KhoasuanThe purpose of this research aimed to 1) investigate the management process of manufacturing, marketing, finance, cost and the return on investment of community enterprise of banana processing, Ban Nongwangrue, Tombon Dongmuangam, Khoasuankwang district, Khonkaen province 2) study the problems and obstacles in community enterprise management 3) provide suggestions in developing banana processing’s product to be the OTOP product champion : OPC. To analyze and summarize to get the results and recommendations in developing of the study, the researcher conducted the draft survey based on the related papers, concepts, theories, relevant research studies about the community enterprise management, interviewing of community enterprise.
The results revealed that:
1. The community enterprise management of banana processing, Ban Nongwang rue was managed by themselves since the process of selecting materials for the product, manufacturing process, working process, investment funds, the return on investment and selling the product. There were many difficulties on making the Banana processing which are the inappropriate environment for growing the banana, the rainy season that obstructed the manufacturing process, limited funding, lack of knowledge on marketing channels such as social media and also there was not much ways to sell the product. According to these problems, the community had to manage the materials which were 20 of banana orchards and purchased cavendish banana from other sources to be the substance for banana chips.
2. In conclusion, the researcher recommended that apart from educating the member of community enterprise of Banana processing about the manufacturing process and the technology that accommodating in produce the product in rainy season, the government and related department should allocate the budget for them. Furthermore, they should educate the member about trading, marketing promotion, manufacturing process, build on the product level to be the national level and international level and also pay attention to being a part of OTOP product champion : OPC.
