Development Model of Crime Prevention and Peace Participation of Police Volunteer Region 4 Police Division

Abstract
The Research article was carried out on basis of the three following objectives: 1) to study the crime prevention and peace participation of police volunteer in region 4 police division, 2) to study factors affecting the crime and peaceparticipation of police volunteer in region 4 police division as well as 3) to develop the model of the crime and peace participation of police volunteer in region 4 police division which was carried out with the mixed research methodology and the data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The Research article was carried out on basis of the three following objectives: 1) to study the crime prevention and peace participation of police volunteer in region 4 police division, 2) to study factors affecting the crime and peaceparticipation of police volunteer in region 4 police division as well as 3) to develop the model of the crime and peace participation of police volunteer in region 4 police division which was carried out with the mixed research methodology and the data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis.
The research findings were:
1. The crime prevention and peace participation of police volunteer in region 4 police division, as a whole, has been found at the high mean level ( = 3.80) in the following domains: benefit receiving, problem defining, proceeding, making decision, evaluation and procedure planning.
2. Factors which affected the crime prevention and peace participation of police volunteer in region 4 police division, in terms of influence coefficients, were statistically significant at 0.01 which were: life style, police closeness, reference group, community concerning, achievement motivation, leadership, relationship motivation, crime perception and return expectation.
3. The developing model of the prevention crime and peace participation of police volunteer in region 4 police division, consists of the 9 components and 12 activities and were found consisted.
