This research aims were 1) to analyze the knowledge management and network of the well-being organizations of the elderly in Phayao, 2) to study the knowledge This research aims were 1) to analyze the knowledge management and network of the well-being organizations of the elderly in Phayao, 2) to study the knowledge management for promoting well-being of the elderly in Phayao, and 3) to promote the network of the well-being organizations of the elderly in Phayao. It is a qualitative research mainly focusing on the documentary study and interviewing the twenty five informants, i.e. three informants from the public sector, six from the universities, six from the municipality, and ten from the elderly clubs.
The study revealed that: the elderly in Phayao in various communities joined the organizations such as the elderly clubs or elderly schools. The most elderly were possessed with the traditional knowledge i.e. handicrafts and the health care correctly. They were eagerly in learning by inviting a professional to share knowledge and educational trip. They also set a learning system and knowledge management with their members and other clubs. The activities were made with incorporation with the networks both inside and outside their communities such as municipality, temples, and schools For knowledge management for promoting the well-being, it was found that there were four promotions, 1) the physical promotion in a right exercise, 2) the moral promotion in making merits at temples and being a role model, 3) the spiritual promotion in chanting and meditation, and 4) the intellectual promotion in studying the modern knowledge. The mentioned activities needed the inside and outside networks to arrange the place and stage for training and giving knowledge to the elderly. Therefore, the network of well-being organizations for the elderly in Phayao should be made as to strengthen the elderly clubs in all aspects, especially in visiting lecturer, place and budget enough.
