The research objectives were to compare conditions, problems and to present guidelines of sufficiency economy philosophy management in schools under KhonKaen primary educational service area office 4. The research sample of 364 respondents The research objectives were to compare conditions, problems and to present guidelines of sufficiency economy philosophy management in schools under KhonKaen primary educational service area office 4. The research sample of 364 respondents derived from stratified random sampling consisted of school principals and teachers. The data collecting tool was a questionnaire with overall .9246 reliability. The statistical data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test independent test, and F-test (One Way ANOVA).
The research findings were as follows:
1. The condition of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy management as a whole and in detailed dimensions were at high level with the overall problem and in detailed dimensions at medium level. Comparing sufficiency economy philosophy management condition in schools categorizing as position and experience, the overall results were not different. Comparing as a whole the management problems categorizing as condition and experience, they were different with. statistical significance at. 01 level.
2. Major guidelines for sufficiency economy philosophy management in schools are integrating the sufficiency economy philosophy with school curriculum, meeting for knowledge of sufficiency economy philosophy, creating cool, clean, beautiful, safe, facilitating environment for learning, supporting school budget for sufficiency economy philosophy activities, collaborating with community in activities on environment, social, economic, cultural development according to sufficiency economy philosophy, and good role modeling of school principal.
