Abstract

In Rojana Bowin industrial estate, investment promotion entrepreneurs in Pinthong industrial estate 3, and investment promotion entrepreneurs in Amata city Rayong industrial estate, a total of 40 people. 
The this research the findings are as follows:  
1. The introduction of investment promotion policies by the office of investment promotion as for the benefits of investment promotion Both domestic and foreign investment in Thailand to increase competitiveness Stepping beyond being a middle-income country and sustainable growth in accordance with the principles of the sufficiency economy. 
2. The factors that affect the administration policy of investment promotion of the office of investment promotion in terms of the privileges of investment promotion measures regarding providing tax incentives compare with the obstacles of investment that is not tax-related, usually investors will carefully consider the conditions of investment such as the fundamentals of the economy legal infrastructure public utilities, labor rates, the size of the domestic market political stability and tax law system which is considered an important factor that foreign investors take into consideration when investing abroad. 
3. Guidelines for investment promotion management benefits, promotion privileges investment promotion activities that can enhance the quality and measures to promote investment competition according to Thailand 4.0 strategy, providing Thai overseas investment information services disseminate up-to-date insights and cover all aspects of doing business internationally through the website of the BOI office, which currently publishes in-depth studies in 34 target countries, leading to investment and joint venture between Thai and foreign entrepreneurs.
