Abstract

This research aimed this is the purpose. To Developed the role indicator of This research aimed this is the purpose. To Developed the role indicator of the abbot in the monastic sector 9 and examined he role model of the abbot in the monastic sector 9. The tools used in this research were interview form. Used in interviews. This provides important information about the role of the abbot and questionnaire. Used for questioning the appropriateness of the role indicators of the monks in the monastic sector. Models verification by analyzing the appropriateness of the abbot's role indicator. And structural relationship equation modeling (SEM).


The research found that: Indicator, role or mission of the abbot in the monastic sector 9 There are 20 indicators. Governance; There are 5 indicators: 1) the rule of law 2) Discipline 3) Supervision 4) Appointment of Executive Committee 5) Establish a systematic management approach. Religious education; There are 5 indicators: 1) Promote the teaching of the Department of Religious Education. 2) Promote Pali Teaching 3) Encourage novices to study in higher education. 4) Praise the test taker. 5) The training of the Dharma. Propaganda; There are 5 indicators: 1) Organize baptism activities. 2) Organize activities on important Buddhist days. 3) preach correctly 4) There is support for the dissemination of Dharma. 5) There are activities to preserve the observance of the Eight Precepts. Role in the public works; There are 5 indicators: 1) construction of the saints 2) repairing 3) Utilities arrangement 4) landscaping 5) Funding for maintenance. Education; There are 4 indicators: 1) Education / training for children and youth in the community. 2) Support for education 3) Make use of facilities and facilities. 4) Support the moral teacher project. Public Relation Role; There are 5 indicators: 1) Facilitate the community in charity. 2) Receiving the invitation. 3) Creating public housing.
