The Supervision Model of English Bilingual Education for Primary School under Basic Education Commission Office

Abstract

This research aims 1) to study the factors of the supervision of English Bilingual Education for Primary School under Basic Education Commission Office, 2) to develop the supervision model of English Bilingual Education for Primary School and 3) to evaluate the supervision model of English Bilingual Education for Primary School. The researches were conducted in three stages. Stage 1: was to study the factors of the supervision of English Bilingual Education for Primary School related documents, interviewing 9 experts and collecting the data from a sample group of 600 people from a questionnaire. Stage 2: was to develop the supervision model of English Bilingual Education for Primary School form documentation for expert connoisseurship by 11 experts. Stage 3: was to evaluate the supervision model from administrators of 17 persons.
The results showed that:
1. The supervision of English Bilingual Education for Primary School components includes awareness Supervise, Problem and Need, Planning and Design, Tools, Knowledge, Promoting Recipients and Evaluation.
2. The component of the model of the supervision of English Bilingual Education for Primary School was three components as follows; Part 1 Introduction. Part 2 Content Part 3 Conditions of success. The model had suitability and handbook had the overall of suitability was at the high level. 
3. The results of evaluation of model in overall, accuracy, suitability and feasibility at the high level. And usefulness was at the highest level.
