Teaching and learning management was under control of the head of an institute and Pali section in provincial Pariyatthidhamma education; so it affected to the education to be disorder and budget allocation and curriculum development was not for long term and up to date that was not as new generation needs. Moreover, the head of Pali Sanam Luang should adapt Pali curriculum to have general subjects and undergraduate subjects to academic variety in order not to be bored with old subjects. As for the evaluation of studied result, the style as in the universal system should be attached for being able to choose the test to be a model to motivate learners.
