การพัฒนาและประเมินความพึงพอใจแอพพลิเคชั่นร้านอาหารมุสลิมในจังหวัดตรัง บนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแอพพลิเคชั่นร้านอาหารมุสลิมในจังหวัดตรัง บนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ และประเมินความพึงพอใจจากการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นร้านอาหารมุสลิมในจังหวัดตรัง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า แอพพลิเคชั่นมีความสามารถในการค้นหาร้านอาหารมุสลิมในจังหวัดตรัง สามารถแสดงที่อยู่ร้านอาหารมุสลิมในแต่ละอำเภอ ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง และเส้นทางไปยังร้านอาหารมุสลิม โดยผู้ใช้งานสามารถเชื่อมต่อแผนที่เพื่อนำทางไปยังร้านอาหารมุสลิมได้  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจจากการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นร้านอาหารมุสลิมในจังหวัดตรัง โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชาชน และนักท่องเที่ยว จังหวัดตรัง จำนวน 50 คน พบว่า ความพึงพอใจการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นร้านอาหารมุสลิมในจังหวัดตรัง โดยภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.46 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.67 ผลการค้นหาเส้นทาง และความแม่นยำในการระบุพิกัดร้านอาหารมุสลิม จากจำนวนร้านอาหารมุสลิม ทั้งหมด 46 ร้าน พบว่า ร้านอาหารมุสลิม จำนวน 40 ร้าน มีความถูกต้องแม่นยำ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.96

This research has the following objectives for develop Muslim restaurant in Trang application on Android and satisfaction evaluation of users from Muslim restaurant in Trang application. The research found that application has the ability to find Muslim restaurants in Trang, show Muslim restaurant in each district, location, and the path to the Muslim Restaurant. The user can connect to a map to navigate to a Muslim restaurant. The research is the satisfaction evaluation of users from Muslim restaurant in Trang application. The sample consisted of 50 residents and traveler in Trang. The response of satisfaction use Muslim restaurant in Trang application. The results can be summarized as follows overall satisfaction is at the highest level, average 4.46 and standard deviation 0.67, The results routes and precision geolocation from 46 Muslim restaurant found 40 Muslim restaurants are accurate 86.96%.
