Abstract
การวิจัยนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการนำเสนอการประเมินเชิงวิพากษ์เกี่ยวกับแนวปฏิบัติการดำเนินงานพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนสุจริต ซึ่งข้อมูลการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของนักเรียนได้มาจากการสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างในโรงเรียนสุจริต ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสุจริตโรงเรียนสุจริต 8 คน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการโรงเรียนสุจริต 8 คน นักเรียนในโรงเรียนสุจริตแห่งละ 3 คน รวม 24 คน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 40 คน ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์รวบรวมมาเพื่อประเมินเชิงวิพากษ์ใน 5 หัวข้อ ได้แก่ 1) การเตรียมการและการวางแผนการดำเนินงานพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนสุจริต 2) การดำเนินงานพัฒนา 3) การติดตามประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน 4) การปรับปรุงพัฒนาแผนการดำเนินงาน และ 5) การขยายผลและการต่อยอดการดำเนินงานพัฒนาคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมของนักเรียนไปยังโรงเรียนต่างๆ และชุมชน
A CRITICAL REVIEW OF THE IMPLEMENTATION GUIDELINE TO DEVELOP MORALITY AND ETHICS OF STUDENTS IN THE UPRIGHT SCHOOLS
This partial research represented a critical review of the implementation guideline to develop morality and ethics of students in the upright schools. The data of developing morality and ethics of the students were collected from the interview with 8 principals in the upright schools, 8 teachers in charge of the upright school project and 24 students from 8 upright schools. The data from the interviews were recorded for a critical review in 5 topics: 1) preparing and planning for implementation of developing morality and ethics of the students in the upright schools, 2) implementing process, 3) monitoring and evaluating the implementation, 4) improving the implementation plan, and 5) expanding the improved plan to other schools and community.
