Abstract

The article aims to deliver the guideline for conceptual development of Knowledge Management for Personal Competency Enhancement in Naval Public Words Department of Royal Thai Navy. The content covers the scope and meaning of the concept of Knowledge Management in Naval Public Words Department of Royal Thai Navy, Strategic Knowledge Management Plan of Naval Public Words Department of Royal Thai Navy, 2016 - 2019. Vision of Knowledge Management in Naval Public Words Department of Royal Thai Navy, Development of knowledge management concepts, Sources and Definitions of knowledge management. This is a review of literature related to this article. The author has reviewed the literatureof Thai and foreign scholars. It led to the development of a conceptual framework for education.By synthesizing the variables in accordance with the context, the Naval Public Words Department of Royal Thai Navy to develop a conceptual framework.
