Legal Measures of the Conservation of Coastal Zone Resources for Sustainable Use

Abstract
The objective of this article is to study the problem on conservation and use of coastal zone resources in Thailand by analyzing related laws and issues concerning the effectiveness of coastal zone resources management of the country. The study also compares and analyzes related issues in the area of activities, land use, and the conservation of coastal zone resources and their ecosystem by analyzing these related laws and issues involving people participation and sustainable management of coastal zone resources. This article suggests law be amended for the management of coastal zone resources of the country for sustainable use.
มาตรการทางกฎหมายเพื่อการอนุรักษ์และใช้ประโยชน์
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงสภาพปัญหาทางกฎหมายและประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ และใช้ประโยชน์ในทรัพยากรชายฝั่งทะเลของไทย โดยศึกษาเปรียบเทียบกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องในประเด็นที่ว่าด้วยการจัดการกิจกรรมบริเวณชายฝั่งทะเล การใช้ที่ดินบริเวณชายฝั่งทะเล และการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรและระบบนิเวศชายฝั่งทะเล ทั้งนี้ เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงและพัฒนากฎหมายของไทย เพื่อให้การจัดการทรัพยากรชายฝั่งทะเลของชาติเป็นไปอย่างสมดุลและยั่งยืน
