Attention and Crisis Review on Human Resource When AEC 2015 Arrives

Abstract

This article has aimed to propose the viewpoint about human resource in order to let the Human Resource people in small and medium enterprises–SMEs confront the routine working and conduct the precaution approach from routine works and various past crises. The literature has brought out the important issues and examples to support a more proactive human resource managerial process to confront various unexpected crisis regarding economics, politics and surroundings. HR people will also be encouraged to adjust themselves with the higher level management team to be ready for AEC in 2015 to co-forecast the future with the entrepreneurs effectively before AEC 2015

บทความนี้มุ่งหมายที่จะนำเสนอมุมมองเพื่อให้ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในระดับวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมรับมือกับงานประจำและเกิดแนวคิดป้องกันวิกฤติต่างๆ ล่วงหน้าจากการทบทวนภารกิจทั้งในงานประจำและวิกฤติต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในอดีต โดยผู้เขียนได้นำประเด็นและตัวอย่างสำคัญเพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปรับกระบวนการทำงานบริหารจัดการด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์เชิงรุกมากยิ่งขึ้นเมื่อต้องเผชิญหน้ากับวิกฤติต่างๆ ทั้งที่ทราบและมิอาจทราบล่วงหน้าทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ การเมือง สิ่งแวดล้อมด้านภัยพิบัติ และจุดประกายให้ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ปรับตัวมองอนาคตล่วงหน้าก่อนประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน ปี 2558 ร่วมกับผู้บริหารระดับสูงอย่างเกิดประสิทธิผล
