Abstract
This paper deals with the personal financial planning which plays an important role in life. A shelter is one of the four requisites for a living, and the acquisition of high value house must be planned carefully to ward off financial problems in the long run. In this aspect, Microsoft Excel can help with housing purchase planning.
การวางแผนทางการเงินเพื่อที่อยู่อาศัยด้วยโปรแกรมไมโครซอฟท์เอกซ์เซล
บทความนี้นำเสนอการวางแผนการเงินส่วนบุคคลที่เป็นเรื่องสำคัญในชีวิต และสิ่งที่เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการดำรงชีวิตคือ ที่อยู่อาศัย การได้มาซึ่งที่อยู่อาศัยซึ่งมีมูลค่าสูงจะต้องมีการวางแผนทางการเงินอย่างรอบคอบเพื่อไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาในระยะยาว ในการนี้เราสามารถใช้โปรแกรมไมโครซอฟท์เอกซ์เซล เพื่อวางแผนทางการเงินเพื่อซื้อที่อยู่อาศัยได้
