Sample size was 133 respondents, using self-enumeration method. Questionnaire was conducted. Percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, T-test, and One-way ANOVA were analyzed. The result showed that, there were statistically significant differences between gender, work position, operation training techniques, and the perception of waste from defect at 0.01. However, there were no statistically significant differences between personal factors, namely, age, education, and employment duration, and the perception of waste from defect.
