Evaluation of Food Safety Operation in Pathumthani Province

Abstract

According to public health development plan 12th edition (2017-2021), the policy of food safety operation is important of human being. It determined proactive strategic plan to activate Thai people health and attached great importance to reform health of all ages Thai people, proactive developed health system, especially health promotion, disease prevention and consumer protection about food safety effectively. This study was aimed to evaluate context, import factors, methods and results of food safety operation in Pathumthani Province by using CIPP Model evaluation of Stufflebeam, and carried out during July to December 2018, used nonprobability sampling and selected group samples by purposive sampling. Samples were consisted of administrators, province/district/locality-level related staffs, entrepreneurs and consumer or people. Data were questionnaire that collected from group samples. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
