Transformational Leadership and Strategy in Administration of Pinij Jarusombat : Analysis Through the Context of the Thailand - Lao PDR Relations

Abstract
This qualitative research aims to study transformational leadership and analyze strategy in administration of Pinij Jarusombat. Data collection was compiled by using in-depth interviews and documentary research. The qualitative data is analyzed by content analysis. The results are found that Pinij Jarusombat’s transformational leadership consists of idealized influence, inspiration motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration. While his strategy in administration consists of 6 strategies; root cause problem solving, giving before receiving, wining the other's heart, sharing success, adhering commitment and making friendship. All strategies support and are related to each other.
