Abstract

This article aims to study problematic issues concerning the protection of rights of individual surety. The author studies the protection of rights of individual surety with the France, Japan and England addressing major issues such as Form of surety contract, Duty of creditor to surety, Default notices, The surety’s rights of subrogation and extension of time. Which may be the ways for improvement The Civil and Commercial Code in Thailand
