The subjects of the study were non-commissioned officers from Custody and Crowd Control 2nd Subdivision. Simple random sampling was used to select 100 participants. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, maximum and minimum values and inferential statistics which were Pair T-test and one-way ANOVA (F-test). The results of the study showed that the participants’ ages were between 23 and 48 years old. Their average age was 31.4 years (SD = 5.15). Almost 60 percent were single. The duration of working in official government was less than 6 years (maximum value was 41 percent). In average, two thirds of the participants finished bachelor degree or higher. Their salary was more than 15,000 baht (maximum value was 68 percent). Two thirds of them lived in official residence. In general, the stress level of the participants was in a very high level of 36 percent (mean=133.9, SD=19.73. The stress relating to emotions was in a high level of 13 percent (mean=30.5, SD=5.11). There was no statistical significant difference in the average scores of the participants (p-value=0.756). It was found that the participants graduating bachelor degree or higher got 4.08 higher points of stress than those graduating lower than bachelor degree (95%CI -9.37 to 6.83). Furthermore, there was no statistical significant difference in the participants whose ages were different (P-value=0.201). The participants who were younger than 26 years old and between 26 and 35 years old got 136.7 and 134.9 points of stress respectively. However, they statistical significant difference was shown in the participants with different durations of working in official government (P-value=0.001). The participants whose duration of working in official government was 6 to 10 years had the highest stress (mean=138.1). On the contrary, the differences in income levels did not show any statistical significant difference (p-value=0.738).
