Predictors Pleasure in the Work of Health Personnel in Satun

Abstract

The analytical research was to study the level of happiness and predictors pleasure in the work of health personnel in Satun. Data collected from the survey of happiness and quality of life of the bond (Happinnometer) personnel of the Provincial Health Office, District Health Office and Tambon Health Promotion Hospital through happinnometer.moph.go.th. Between 18 April to 30 June 2560 amounted to 2,172 people enjoyed the analysis of health personnel by descriptive statistics. Analysts predict happiness in the work of health personnel. Stepwise multiple regression statistics.
