Abstract

The objective of this research was to study multicultural competence and attitude toward free flow of skilled labor in ASEAN and the relationship between multicultural competences and attitude of free flow of skilled labor in ASEAN. Samples were 800 engineering and tourism undergraduate students in Thailand and Indonesia. Quantitative data was collected by using a questionnaire and qualitative data was collected by using an in-depth interview. The research finding found that multicultural competence was at high level. Attitude toward free flow of skilled labor in ASEAN was in positive and the relationship between multicultural competence and attitude of free flow of skilled labor in ASEAN was in positive.
