Administrators in Era of Change to Early Childhood Teachers to Provide Active Learning Experience Focusing on Executive Functions to Achieve Early Childhood’s Success

Administrators in the era of change develop the competencies of the early childhood teachers to provide an active learning experience focusing on executive functions for life management that reach the success for early childhood children. This is the management of early childhood educational institutions that emphasizes on quality or outcomes that actually occur to the early childhood. On a systematic management approach, administrators have management steps to develop early childhood teachers' competencies to achieve the policies and plans in their duties as follows, or the basic skills the teachers are ready to learn and develop themselves within the framework of personnel administration of which the administrators really recognize teachers’ competencies consistent with working policies and plans as follows: 1) Needs analysis; 2) Curriculum design; 3) Development operations; 4) Follow-up supervision; and 5) Evaluation with appropriate techniques, methods, and processes to promote appropriate basic competencies for the early childhood students in the era of change, and these competencies include 1) promoting child development; 2) curriculum and learning management; 3) positive interaction; 4) professional development; 5) classroom management; 6) analysis and research and development; and 7) community servicing competencies. There are 6 techniques for developing early childhood teachers' competencies as follows: 1) doing workshops; 2) having mentors to give working advice; 3) field-trip study; 4) self-access learning; 5) learning from practice; and 6) professional learning communities. Consequently, according to the management system of the administrators in the era of change to the development of the early childhood teachers’ competencies to be effective professional leaders in early childhood development, early childhood teachers are important people receive the initial development of necessary competencies since the performance of duties as an early childhood teachers require ability or performance in working as an effective factors that drive the teachers to have good performance to meet the working criteria of the responsible duties. If educational institution administrators realize the importance with understanding and are ready to develop early childhood teachers to change the entire system together, the administration to develop early childhood teachers’ competencies in organizing active learning experiences that emphasize executive functions for life management towards the success of early childhood can enable school administrators, early childhood teachers, and early childhood children to develop lifelong learning skills effectively.

The Influence of Intellectual Capital on Sustainable Growth of Thailand’s Thrift and Credit Cooperative

This study aims to investigate the influence of intellectual capital and its constituent elements on the sustainable trajectory of Thailand's thrift and credit cooperatives. The dataset comprises 590 directors associated with thrift and credit cooperatives nationwide, carefully selected for the analysis. Methodologically, the study relies on multiple regression analysis to systematically examine the hypothesized relationships. The findings unequivocally demonstrate a positive influence from intellectual capital and its tripartite components on the enduring growth paradigm within Thailand's thrift and credit cooperatives sector.

Factors of Purchasing Food Containing Marijuana as an Ingredient at Restaurants in Khon Kaen

This research aims to study Factors of purchasing food containing marijuana as an ingredient at restaurants in Khon Kaen. This study is quantitative research which an online questionnaire was a tool used for collecting the data from 400 participants. The data underwent inferential statistical analysis. The results of the current study revealed that social media is the primary influential factor in consumers' purchasing intentions in cannabis-based dishes in restaurants following by social environment and personal norms respectively. Furthermore, restaurant entrepreneurs would benefit from the results of this research. They would be able to create efficient marketing strategies and promote their cannabis-based dishes through social media in order to increase consumers’ recognition such as providing menu items with pictures.

Behavior of Choosing Cannabis Café among the Working Age Groups in Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

This study has the objectives: 1) to study the behavior of choosing marijuana coffee shops among working age people in Hua Hin District; Prachuap Khiri Khan Province and 2) to compare the personal factors of service users that affect the behavior of choosing to use cannabis shops among working age groups in Hua Hin District. Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, a total of 400 people. The tool was tested by checking the validity of the content (IOC) and the reliability value was 0.99 using data collection from online questionnaires. (online sampling) Statistics used in data analysis include percentages, means, standard deviations. and analyzed to compare the means with independent T-test statistics and one-way analysis of variance statistics. and Post Hoc analysis using LSD.

The results of the study found that Most are male, 370 people, 93.0 percent, most are 25-29 years old, 52.30 percent, most have a Vocational Certificate/Diploma or equivalent, 239 people, 60.0 percent, most have contract work, 175 people percent. 44.0 and most have monthly income 10,001-15,000 baht, amount 127, 32.0 percent. Behavior of choosing to use marijuana shop services among working age groups in Hua Hin District. Prachuap Khiri Khan Province as a whole is at a high level. And the results of comparing personal factors found that working age groups with different occupations Have a habit of choosing to use cannabis shops In terms of purchasing decisions And post-purchase behavior is significantly different at the 0.05 level.

Factors Influencing Consumers' Decision to Dine in at Restaurants during the COVID-19 Pandemic

This research aims to study five factors which consumers took into their considerations for dining in restaurants during the COVID-19 pandemic. The factors include (1) trust of the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration (SHA) Standard, (2) service quality, (3) hygiene, and (4) restaurant image. The current research employed quantitative method which used a questionnaire to collect the data from 400 participants. The participants were who had been to a restaurant receiving the SHA badge. The results of this study show that most respondents were willing to pay for food at restaurants providing the quality of silverwares and food containers, hygiene, and social distance respectively. Furthermore, restaurant operators can apply the results of this research to develop strategies enhancing consumers' decision to dine in at restaurants during the COVID-19 pandemic such as service quality, hygiene, service standard improvement to acquire SHA, and restaurant image etc.

Factors Affecting the Sugar Export from Thai to ASEAN Countries

This research aims to examine factors affecting Thai sugar exports to ASEAN countries as well as to investigate the factors influencing the sugar export of different types including raw sugar and white sugar using annual secondary data of 9 ASEAN countries from the period 2012-2021. The result from Random effects estimation find that Thai sugar production, population, and openness index have a significantly positive effect, while the price of crude oil on the global market have a negative effect on the overall sugar export from Thailand to ASEAN countries. For the study of different types of sugar, the study finds that exchange rate, population, crude oil prices on the global market, and openness index have a positive impact, while inflation has a negative impact on the raw sugar export to ASEAN countries, and finds that inflation, population, and openness index have a positive effect, while the price of crude and raw sugar on the global market have a negative effect on the white sugar export to ASEAN countries. The result of this research will become the policy implication for the government for the sugar exporting plan in the future.

A Study of Factors Effecting to the Decision of Study at Khon Kaen University in the Bachelor Degree TCAS2 (Northeast Quota Admission) Academic Year 2022

This research aims to study factors and public relations guidelines that affect the decision to study at Khon Kaen University for a bachelor's degree, round 2 (Northeastern quota), the academic year 2022, with the student who has completed high school (Mathayom, Year, 6) and Vocational Certificate 3 (Vocational CertificateYear, 3) in the Northeastern region. The study's results found that the factors in selecting admission to study The overall level of opinion was high the average was 4.46 or 89.25 percent. Personal reason factors the general level of contention was at a high level average was 4.13 or 82.64 percent. Occupational factors overall, ideas were at the highest level in every aspect average was 4.64 or 92.71 percent. suggestions: A system for asking questions and providing services regarding problems that students must develop. By creating documents explaining the steps for students to know.

A Strategic Proposals for Developing Agile Leadership in School under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

This policy research is aimed (1) to create strategic proposals for developing Agile Leadership in schools and (2) to examine strategic proposals for developing Agile Leadership in school Under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. School Administrator’s Growth Mindset Affecting Professional Teacher in The 21st Century in School under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

The objectives of this research were 1) to study of the school administrator’s growth mindset under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) to study of the professional teacher in the 21^stcentury under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 3) to study school administrator’s growth mindset affecting professional teacher in the 21^stcentury in school under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This was the casual research. The samples consisted of administrators and teachers total of 335 samples by multi stage Sampling. Study tool was a questionnaire and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.984. Using stepwise multiple regression analysis method for calculating.

Research findings were as follows; 1) Overview of school administrator’s growth mindset indicated a high level of performance. The highest performance was effort. 2) Overview of professional teacher in the 21^stcentury indicated a high level of performance. The highest performance was inspiration 3) The school administrator’s growth mindset affects and predicts 49.10 % of the professional teacher in the 21^stcentury with statistical significance at the .05 level. These could be formed as the regression equations of standardized score as follows; Zy = 0.25 (ZX₁) + 0.18 (ZX₃) + 0.16 (ZX₅)) + 0.16 (ZX₂)
