Abstract

The objectives of this study were the following: to study influence of the social support, self-esteem, transformation leadership on the flow state at work of Kasetsart university student leaders. The data were collected from 522Kasetsart University student leaders by using questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with stepwise method. The results were as following: firstly, the level of personal factors social support, self-esteem, transformation  leadership and the flow  state at work were at the high level. Secondly, results indicated that factors including the social support in instrumental support, the self esteem in power dimension, the transformation leadership in inspiration motivation and the transformation leadership in individualized consideration and the social support in appraisal support had positively influenced on the flow state at work with statistic significance at the level of  001 and those of factors could explain it at 48.9 percents (R2 = .489).
