Abstract

This research titled “Buddhist psychological factors affecting to happiness in working of staffs In Buriram Buddhist College” had three objective namely 1) to study level of happiness in working of stuffs in Buriram Buddhist College 2) to compare the difference of happiness in working by Buddhist psychological factors 3) to study the relationship between Buddhist psychological factors and happiness in working of stuffs in Buriram Buddhist College. The method of this research is quantitative and this research is emphasize on studying psychological theory integrated with Buddhist principles. Research tools is questionnaire created to measure happiness in working and Samples were 86 staffs of Buriram Buddhist College. it found that:- Most of respondents were lay devotees, male, 31- 40 year by age, and single. Mostly, they finished undergraduate degree, they’ve got 10,000-20,000 baht as monthly income, lower than 5 years is their job experience, additionally, and they still be the temporary employers. Generally, they have high level of  Buddhist psychological factors sorting by Samanattata,  Dana, Atthacariya, piyavaca, And  their level of happiness in working  is in high  level sorting by love involvement, relationship, work achievement, acceptance, additionally,  it found that  the differences of status, status, educational level, monthly income, and job experience affected  to  happiness in working but sex, age,  type of job   have no effect to the happiness in working,  finally, the Buddhist psychological Factors  namely, Samanattata,  Dana, Atthacariya, piyavaca Have positive  the elation true happiness in working all staffs in Buriram Buddhist College.
