Abstract
The article "Learning Organization" is an academic article aimed at studying the organizational development process. The process of being a learning organization, including factors of success and things that reflect obstacles to step into the learning organization
The study indicated that the changes caused by the leap of information technology. That is constantly evolving and the complexity of the economy. Which affects both internal and external operations and the concept of modern management including change management makes all organizations and agencies have to adjust their attitude for survival and stable immunity. Which requires a learning process let all knowledge become useful knowledge for the whole organization to step into the learning organization.
