Reducing Transportation Delays in Ready-Mixed Concrete Vehicles Case Study: Products and Building Materials Company CPAC Samutsakhon

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study reducting transportation delays in ready-mixed concrete vehicles of products and building materials company CPAC Samutsakhon. The sample are chief driver and distribution center staff. The questionnaire is used in this research for collecting data.

The research results indicate that the delay in transportation of ready mixed concrete truck of products and building materials company CPAC Samutsakhon were that mean and standardiviation are 2.80 and 0.760 respectively.  Additionally, delays in ready mixed concrete truck development with ECRS found that product delivery efficiency is 89.77%, accuracy of work orders is 0.84%, product damage is 5.85%, ready mixed concrete truck is not delivered on time is 7.80%.
