The research process is divided into 2 phases: the study of the context of the local garment sewing group, the workplace in the community And the synthesis of training models for developing local sewing skills, labor groups, community enterprises, Tha Tum Subdistrict, Mueang District, Maha Sarakham Province The tools used in the research are the appropriate form of questionnaire. And statistics used as the mean and standard deviation

A group of women or women over the age of 30 years or a group of housewives in the community will receive a cloth from the factory or a "dozen fabric" is the fabric that the factory cut to deliver to the shop that made the order (Order). Some groups or some people Which is a supplementary income from the farming of the Tha Tum community 3) the supplementary occupation of the Tha Tum community In the community, there are also local garment shops. In each village in each village, about 1-3 shops that are local clothing stores for customers in general groups 4) the importance of native clothing Is a clothing that is popular with the community in the provinces in the region Especially the northeastern provinces Government and private agencies Including community leaders and villagers, and 5) the needs of women or women in the community for self-improvement in order to raise income from occupations or work already done To have more income Leading to professional development And the results of the synthesis of training styles to develop local sewing skills, labor groups, community establishments in Tha Tum Subdistrict, Muang District, Mahasarakham Province, found that the pattern is an element that shows the relationship of conceptual principles Training to develop local sewing skills, community-based labor groups, and 3 participating organizations, namely government agencies Communities, housewives groups and establishments, all 3 agencies jointly set development goals.
