Abstract

Study methods of measurement and evaluate the learning of science
teachers. Give information about the behavior and can be grouped according to the
measurement and evaluation of learning, which are crucial to development planning
teachers. . And is particularly useful in the teaching and learning science subjects. The
purposes of this study were 1) To study how measurement and evaluation of the
science learning for teachers who teach Matthayom sueksa 3. , 2) To organize into
groups of the study how of teachers, according to the measurement and evaluation of
the science learning by using the latent class analysis method. 3) To compare the
analytical skills of the nine grade students between the teachers who have the
method of measuring and assessing learning in different groups are in the office of
Secondary Education Area 20 Udon Thani province in school year 2014 that have the
method of measurement and evaluation of learning in different groups. The samples
were science teachers. In nine grade 38 participants using multi-stage sampling
technique and nine grade student at 1,931 people using simple random sampling
random as a unit in the teacher with to select a student sample of teachers. The
tools used in the study were a 45-question questionnaire about the behavioral
measurement and evaluation of learning scientific teachers there was a checklist is
the discrimination of Item Total Correlation between 0.234 to 0.751 confidence level
of Cronbach's α at 0.908. The second tool is the 4 multiple choice test of the ability
of Analysis thinking skill of nine grade students 30 items. The particularly difficult of
the test is at 0.20 - 0.80, Discrimination (r) of 0.25 - 0.60. and the reliability of the test
(KR-20) at 0.809. The collected data was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard
deviation, the modified proportionate natural influence index (PNImodified), Latent class
analysis (LCA) and One-way ANOVA
The study findings could be summarized as follows:
1. Results of the study and evaluation of learning for science teacher, of
nine grade student under the Office of Secondary Education Area 20 Udon Thani
province found that the behavior of measurement and evaluation of learning for
science teachers who teach of nine grade students under the Office of Education
Area 20 Udon Thani province. whole and in individual behavior at a high level. The
order form the most average to last average are Tasks , Question , Concept map,
Portfolio , Student self-assessment, Discussion , Tests, Observation and Questionnaire ,
respectively.
2. Latent class analysis of the behavioral measurement and evaluation
learning of scientific teachers showed that it could be classified into 4 classes that
consisted of 84.827 %, 2.33 %, 1.24 ,and 11.60 % , for the first to forth class,
respectively. (Likelihood = -4549.973, df = 39 , AIC= 9177.946 , BIC = 9395.012 , ABIC =
9271.108 , Ek = 0.892)
3. The comparison of the measurement and evaluation the learning of
science teachers affects the ability of critical thinking of students. Behavioral by the
teacher measurement and evaluation different learning affects students' ability to think
critically different level of statistical significance. 05.
