The curriculum provides an integrated theoretical and practical contents. The contents consist of music literature, music components and music skills, and are different in details, teaching techniques, learning activities, assessment methods and classroom environments. Therefore, not only educators’ academic competency and teaching experience, but also the ability in classroom management must be concerned to construct and maintain classroom atmosphere that supports learners’ learning. The classroom management contains three components, including physical, social and educational components. The classroom management for teaching and learning music is the process of preparing and conducting the music classrooms, consisting of lecture rooms, practice rooms, recording studios and concert halls. The rooms should have music instruments, music tools, electronic devices, educational equipment and learning media. The contents and learning activities should be managed in an appropriate way to the learners. Besides, the classroom regulation and the relationships between the educators and the learners and between the learners and the learners should be concerned to construct the discipline and positive interaction in the classroom. This process is able to implement teaching and learning music smoothly, and produce truly efficiency and effectiveness of learners’ learning.</p> ER -
