Abstract

              The objectives of the research were: 1) to study the factors related to the satisfaction of the people who came to the service of Ban Phrak Municipality. 2) to analyze the relationship between the use of the service and the satisfaction of the people who used the service of the Ban Phrak Municipality and 3) to analyze Factors Affecting the Satisfaction of the People who Use the Municipal Service Study on documents related to Ban Phrak Munhicipality, and use quantitative research methods, the data were collected by asking 386 questionnaires using statistical program. The results are as follows.


             The results of the research were mostly female (213) or 55.20%, aged 51-60 years (83) or 21.50%. The level of education was not higher than junior high school (M.3). 162 or 42.00% of the trade / general contractor (127) or 32.90%. Single status (189) or 48.96%. The average monthly income (not over 10,000 baht) or 48.70%. The service personnel (X = 3.57, S.D. = 0.874), service facilities (X = 3.58, SD = 0.791) and satisfaction scores on service outcome (X = 3.47, S.D. = 0.875)


             The relationship between the service factor and the service was not complex / agile with the relationship with the service officer (0.706). Relative to facilities (0.712) was relatively high and correlated with customer satisfaction (0.679). The service staff. Relatively close to the facilities (0.632). And correlation with customer satisfaction (0.719) was relatively high, and facilities there was a high correlation between customer satisfaction (0.691) Factors affecting satisfaction can be predicted 62.1% (R2 = 0.621) and coefficient correlation coefficient is 0.788. It can be written as a multiple regression equation. "Satisfaction with service = (.085) + .195 (service is not complicated / flexible) + .401 (service provider) + .355 (facilities)
