Abstract

The study of The Effect of Teachers’ Supervision on Student Assistance System In Basic Education in Nawamin District Interdisciplinary School, Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42 had 4 objectives 1) To study teachers’ supervision and Student Assistance System in Nawamin District Interdisciplinary School. 2) To compare the effects of Student Assistance System on students which were divided by individuality in Nawamin District Interdisciplinary School, Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42. 3) To study the relationship between teachers’ supervision and Student Assistance System in Nawamin District Interdisciplinary School, Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42. 4) To create prediction equation from teachers’ supervision on Student Assistance System in Nawamin District Interdisciplinary School, Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42 which had 8 schools and the total student of 207. The instruments used to collect data were close-ended questionnaire by means of checklist and 5 - rating scale questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive statistics was implemented by percentage, means, standard deviation, and inferential statistics; that is, t-test (Independent samples) and Analysis of Variance: ANOVA (F-test).  


            The results were as follows:


            1) The Teachers’ Supervision on Student Assistance System In Basic Education in Nawamin District Interdisciplinary School, Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42 was at ‘high’ level.


            2) The comparison of the effects of Student Assistance System in Nawamin District Interdisciplinary School, Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42 2.1 When divided by gender, the result was that both sides had no difference. 2.2 When compared by education level and working experience, the result showed that there was no difference. 3) Teachers’ supervision and Student Assistance System in Nawamin District Interdisciplinary School, Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42 had positive relationship with Statistical significance at .01.  4) Prediction equation from teachers’ supervision on Student Assistance System in Nawamin District Interdisciplinary School, Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42 was generated to an aspect of assistance and collaboration (X4), an aspect of building positive relationship with students (X3), and an aspect of supervision (X1). Teachers’ supervision could predict Student Assistance System in Nawamin District Interdisciplinary School, Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42 with the percentage of 67.10(R2= .671) and had Statistical significance at .01.
