The purpose of this research was to study of the leadership of administrator in high School for excellence promotion. The qualitative research methodology was used in this study by using In-depth-interview and observation approaches. There were 9 key informants of the study who were directors, teachers and school committees of Thatumprachasermwit School, Buriram Phitthayakhom School and Khukhan School. The results revealed 1) Organizational leading; the administrator led their organization by using participation of all stake holders of the school to make a good output and atmosphere for school. 2) Strategies planning; the administrator set the meeting for teachers, school committee and directors to set the development planning for the school. 3) Learner and parent focus; the administrator set an analysis and Knowledge Management for the teachers to joy together, the result a good output and atmosphere for school. 4); Analysis and Knowledge Management; the administrator set an analysis and Knowledge Management for the teachers to joy together, the result a good output and atmosphere for school. 5) Workforce focus, the administrator has to set preparing for self-development and academic skills promotion. 6) Operation focus; the administrator used the School Base Management for their administration and management. And 7) performance orientation; the output of the effect has to be positive way for promotion excellence of the school.
