Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the organizational commitment of employees of the staff’s A.K.P Technology  Co.,Ltd, and to study the factors affecting the organizational commitment of the employees of the staff’s A.K.P Technology Co.,Ltd. This research was done by 108 employees of staff’s A.K.P Technology  Co.,Ltd. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results of the research show that most respondents were female. In terms of working age, most of them had working experience in the last 4-5 years. The organizational commitment of the employees of the staff’s A.K.P Technology  Co.,Ltd was at a high level. Engagement with colleagues was the highest. Secondary The factors that affect the organizational commitment of the employees of the staff’s A.K.P Technology  Co.,Ltd is the advancement of the career.Highest level Secondary Responsibilities, welfare and administration.
