บทความวิจัยนี้ศึกษาถ้อยคำอุปลักษณ์ความสุขของผู้ใช้ภาษาไทยในเว็บบล็อกโดยมุ่งตอบคำถามว่าถ้อยคำอุปลักษณ์ที่ใช้สะท้อนมโนทัศน์เกี่ยวกับความสุขอย่างไร ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการศึกษารวบรวมจากบทความในเว็บบล็อกสามแห่งได้แก่ บล็อกแก็งค์ (bloggang) เอ็กซ์ทีนบล็อก (exteenblog) และโอเคเนชั่นบล็อก (oknationblog) ในระหว่าง  เดือนมกราคม 2550 ถึง ธันวาคม 2553 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ใช้ภาษาใช้ถ้อยคำอุปลักษณ์ความสุขสะท้อนมโนทัศน์ต่อความสุขว่าความสุขคือสิ่งจำเป็นที่ทุกคนปรารถนาและครอบครองและความสุขคือสิ่งที่มีสภาวะไม่คงทนและไม่แน่นอน มโนทัศน์ทั้งสองลักษณะนี้มีความสัมพันธ์กับวิถีชีวิตในสังคมและหลักคำสอนในพระพุทธศาสนา

Abstract

This article aims to examine metaphorical expressions used by people who access Thai blog websites. The research question is “What is the happiness concept reflected in metaphorical expressions?” The data used in this study were derived from the happiness articles in the three Thai Blogs, ‘Bloggang’, ‘Exteenblog’ and ‘Oknationblog’ during 2008-2010. The study result reveals that Thai Blog users tend to convey ‘metaphorical expressions’ that is reflected in the two main concepts of happiness, those are “Happiness is the desirable things that everyone need” and “Happiness is not sustainable things. These concepts has related with their lifestyle and the doctrine of Buddhist teaching.
