This is because news in social network needs to be distributed rapidly from people who can access the internet and have social media accounts, they can either be the reporter or not. The news that is publicized through the social media is not always checked, new media is a more exclusive attribute than traditional media which is easy, fast and more convenient to access. People can be the senders of the social media and easily declare their stories and opinions to public. Nowadays a lot of news that is circulated though society is a mixture of factual and nonfactual. This causes a violation of human right and human dignity of the person that is reported in the news. Accordingly, news that is publicized in social media has a risk of offending and going against media ethics. It is a part of a research aiming to find factors affecting the knowledge management of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. The research employed the survey methodology. The data collection employed a questionnaire developed along the guideline on how to carry out knowledge management, issued by the Office of Public Sector Development Commission. The population comprised 1,017 teaching staff and personnel of Rajabhat MahaSarakham University, of whom 587 (57.72 pecent) returned the questionnaires. The statistics employed in the analysis of data were percentage, the mean, and standard deviation.</p> <p>The results revealed that the knowledge management of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, on the whole, was at a high level. When considered process by process, it was found that the aspect having the highest mean was the knowledge creation and acquisition. In this process, the important actions were: acquisition of essential knowledge from inside and outside the organization such as having visiting trainers to give training, or sending personnel to get training outside. There was preserving of old knowledge and discarding of unused knowledge, and also there was learning from others’ successes which were the best practice that could be adjusted to the work, and there was comparison of knowledge. The second highest aspect was learning. The important actions were: using knowledge to increase work efficiency, to make the work better, and using knowledge to create new body of knowledge. The next aspect was knowledge identification. The important actions were: analysis of essential knowledge for pushing ahead the strategy, considerations of visions and missions in order to set the goals of knowledge management. Regarding knowledge organization, the important actions were: compilation of tacit knowledge, and the knowledge was kept in different media. Concerning knowledge sharing, the important actions were: knowledge sharing activities such as community of practice (CoP) and the after action review (AAR), and there was knowledge sharing such as the mentoring system, job rotation, cross functional team, and secondment for knowledge sharing and more work experiences. Regarding knowledge access, the important actions were: access to knowledge, information, and data in the website of the organization, and access to knowledge and information on the noticeboard of the organization. And the aspect with the lowest mean was knowledge codification and refinement. The samples in this financial officer in their organizations were 20 employees obtained by purposive sampling. The agile method and SDLC were selected for system development tools. The efficiency of the financial information system was evaluated by expert group, and the users’ satisfaction were evaluated after using that system by sample group.The results showed that 1) the efficiency of the financial information system was at good level ( =4.20) such as the ability to work according to users’ needs and 2) The users satisfaction was at good level ( =4.03) together such as system performance. The important factor is information quality, both the intrinsic quality and the usability of information on the website. Therefore, the objective in this research was to study the current state of information quality on e-Commerce websites. The researchers selected qualitative research design by the case study that the websites were the top three of e-Commerce websites of retail and accommodation services business in Thailand context. The first order was literature review the about the information quality indicators and information category in the e-Commerce process that it was the framework for content analysis from web pages including visits to the website. The results will be applied as a guideline to develop e-commerce websites in Thailand context.</p> <p>Results, all of the websites used in this research were the e-Marketplace websites. By effectiveness of these websites, there were 22 items which comprehensive with all commercial information, non-commercial information, transaction information, and information that add consumer experience, such as recommendations, ratings, satisfaction, and reviews from those who had purchased or ever used the service. For the part of efficiency of usability in these websites realize the website structure and the information arrangement on the website, such as the information of product or accommodation and the delivery will appear at the center of the webpage. The profile of website, contact channels, and policies will appear at the bottom of all the webpage. Most of navigation systems use menu or hyperlink and auxiliary tools, such as item filtering with the multiple options (check boxes) and search box. They facilitate the consumers for easier and rapid search or access. Analyzing the usability characteristics with the indicator definition of the information quality was associated with 5 information quality indicators: the Reliability, the Accuracy, the Value-Added, the Access and Usability, and the Information Security. They were only minimum indicators that they should consider for the e-Commerce. The assessors are consumers, so the indicators identification should base on the beliefs or perspectives of the consumer. There were two major steps in this research, as follows: 1) to develop criteria and indicators for evaluating library innovation, including scoring and interpretation criteria, and 2) to validate the library innovation assessment tool. The library innovation assessment tool that was developed consists of three dimensions, divided into eight subscales and comprising fifteen bipolar adjective item pairs as semantic differential scaleson 7-point Likert scales. This library innovation assessment tool will be of benefit to teaching and learning. Library teachers can use this tool to evaluate the performance of students for subjects which focus on the creation of innovation by students and professional librarians.
