Factors Related to the Safety Behavior among Workers in an Automobile Parts, Chonburi Province
cross sectional study was conducted to investigate the factors related to the safety product employees of among in an automobile parts, Chonburi province. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed applying descriptive statistic Chi-square and Correlation analyze (Pearson’s Product moment correlation coefficient).The level of significance was set .05. The result of the study showed the majority of the respondents were female with 26-30 years old, secondary school, were single, and worked as computer numerical control Line: CNC Line, had more than 1 to 5 years of work with the company, overtime 2.2 hours per week. The study found that sex, department operation. Overtime, factor’s enhancing safety and safety practice on attitudes about work safety that most employees have a high level of safety behavior in the work place with safety behavior. The result of the study can be used a guide the implementation of activities are safety week activity and increase the frequency of safety training to protect reduce accident in an automobile parts, Chonburi province.
