Abstract

The researcher investigated the Influence of organizational Rewards on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, and employee's performance in Thai commercial bank. The researcher adopted a mixed-method research methodology. In the quantitative phase of the research, the researcher studied 500 subjects who were employee of Thai commercial banking. Data were collected using a questionnaire a structural equation model (SEM) were used for analytical purposes. The results showed that employee’s performance was a positively influenced by organizational rewards, organizational commitment and followed by organizational citizenship behavior. The organizational citizenship behavior factor is positive influence on organizational commitment and employee’s performance. The organizational commitment factor is positive influence on employee’s performance. The said results of this research are consistent with the qualitative research.
