Abstract

This article aims to synthesize the concepts of KWL Plus with vocabulary and speaking skills to enhance reading comprehension abilities of students.  It is proposed that KWULMSP technique is divided into seven components: K (What Do You Know?), W (What Do You Want to Know?), U (Unknown Words), L (What Did You Learn?), M (Mapping), S (Summary) and P (Presentation).  This technique could enhance the ability of the students to identify the main ideas and details, practice answering questions, and develop critical thinking skills.
