Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the conditions the internal quality assurance in schools. 2) to compare the conditions operation on internal quality assurance in schools, classified by the position of career and sizes of school 3) to study the problem and solutions of the operation internal quality assurance in schools of the secondary educational service area office 19.The sample was the administrators and teachers 326 persons in school. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The basic statistical statistics. were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test (One-way ANOVA)


         The research found that


         The level of the conditions of the internal quality assurance in schools of the secondary educational service area office 19 in overall and each individual aspects were at a high level.


         The result of comparison that classified by the position of career, the overall was not different. For consider in each aspects found the different aspects were to do the internal quality assurance by education standard quality of the educational organizations and the continuing development of education quality. The difference was statistically significant at 0.01 levels. For the yearly internal education quality report, the difference was statistically significant at 0.05.


         The result of comparison that classified by the sizes of school found the overall difference was statistically significant at 0.05. For consider in each aspects found the yearly internal education quality report and the continuing development of education quality the difference was statistically significant at 0.01.


          There were 16 problems of 5 aspects. There were 26 internal quality assurance guidelines were proposed.
