Transformational Leadership Development of Subdistrict Administrative Organization’s Chief Executive in Pakchong, Nakornratchasima Province

Abstract

This research aims to study the level of leadership and to find the transformational leadership development of Subdistrict Administrative Organization’s Chief Executive in Pakchong District, Nakornratchasima Province.


            The samples used in this study were 228 subdistrict staffs and hiring staffs under Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Pakchong District,  Nakornratchasima Province, which was derived by the simple random sampling. The instruments used in the study included questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used in the analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.


            The results showed that :


  1. Subdistrict Administrative Organization’s Chief Executive in Pakchong District, Nakornratchasima Province, overall was in moderate level.

  2. Compare opinions on transformational leadership development of Subdistrict Administrative Organization’s Chief Executive in  Pakchong District, Nakornratchasima Province with age differences classified by gender, age differences found that;

                        2.1 The subdistrict staffs and hiring staffs with differences in gender had different opinion on the transformational leadership of Subdistrict Administrative Organization’s Chief Executive in Pakchong District, Nakornratchasima Province at the statistical significance level of .05.


                        2.2 The subdistrict staffs and hiring staffs with differences in age had the same opinion on the transformational leadership of Subdistrict Administrative Organization’s Chief Executive in Pakchong  District, Nakornratchasima Province at the statistical significance level of .05.
