Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study public opinion on the quality of service of Watsing Subdistrict Municipality, Watsing District, Chainat Province is classified according to gender, age, education and income, and studies on problems, obstacles and needs of the people towards the quality of service of Watsing Subdistrict Municipality. The samples used in this study were 355 people who used the services of Watsing Subdistrict Municipality, namely the Permanent Secretary, the Division of Finance, Division of Education and Public Health, and 355 questionnaires by accidental sampling method. The instrument used in the study was a 5-point scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed by means of percentage, mean and standard deviation.


  1. Most of the respondents are female, rather than male. They are between 20 and 30 years old. Diploma or Diploma The majority of respondents were from government / state enterprises. Average monthly income Most of them earn 10,001 - 15,000 baht.

  2. Public opinion on the quality of service of Watsing Subdistrict Municipality, Watsing District as a result, there was a high level of satisfaction ( = 4.06). The highest average was the staff, the service provider and the knowledge of the service provider ( = 4.11), followed by the convenience of the service (= 4.09). ( = 4.04) and the information received from the service was the least ( = 3.96).

  3. Comparison of public opinion on the quality of service of Watsing Subdistrict Municipality. There is no difference in opinions on the quality of services provided by Watsing Subdistrict Municipality. There was a difference in opinions on the quality of services provided by Watsing Subdistrict Municipality, overall and different aspects.
